How do I contact support?

Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to reset it. For extra protection, enable two-factor authentication in your settings.
How do I verify my identity (KYC)?
After signing in, follow the verification steps shown in your dashboard. If you get stuck or your review is taking longer than expected, email us and we will help.
A transaction is pending or failed — what should I do?
Most transfers settle within a few minutes. If something looks wrong, email support@hfss.ch with the transaction reference and we will investigate.
