• Exchange rates are provided at the time of transaction and may vary
• Network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are passed through to the user
• We reserve the right to change our fee structure with prior notice

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Violating any applicable laws, statutes, or regulations
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of HFSS or third parties
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Using the Services to circumvent economic sanctions or trade embargoes
• Engaging in market manipulation or any form of abusive trading

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these prohibitions, including suspending or terminating accounts and reporting to law enforcement.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the design thereof, are the exclusive property of HFSS or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• HFSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services
• HFSS shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• HFSS shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transactions
• Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to HFSS during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

HFSS does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. HFSS does not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You remain liable for all outstanding obligations, including any fees owed
• We will provide a reasonable period for you to withdraw any remaining funds, subject to legal and regulatory requirements
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@hfss.ch.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
